Global service and e-commerce whitelabel solution for the telco sector.

Based on global trend research and user research in China, France and Spain we defined several core opportunity areas for telecommunication providers. We delivered the blueprint, user journeys and detailed screen designs for desktop, tablet and mobile.

The digital platform consist of flexible and social telco offerings, service and self service, an e-commerce platform and a media streaming service.

I contributed in the strategic phase including client workshops on site in China, lead the digital experience and interface design effort and participated in a week long user test on the French market.
